The two cafeterias in the Exhibition Center, located in Ala Lario and Ala Cernobbio, will offer an informal yet sophisticated service featuring artisanal pastries, sandwiches with unexpected ingredients, "pizza in pala," light and tasty dishes, and a selection of wines and spritzes. In the Cafeteria Open Air, you can enjoy the stunning location of Proposte. The café service is complemented by a lake view and a refined outdoor setting, created in collaboration with furniture partners Roda, Meridiani, and Crema Outdoor.
The new Lounge Esedra
Designed by Cristina Celestino Studio, the new Lounge Esedra is a sophisticated salon that restores the centrality of meetings and connections, where hospitality is expressed through refined, inspirational environments and dedicated services.
From 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Proposte will offer a refined selection of gourmet appetizers, a glass of Franciacorta, or the exclusive Proposte Signature Drink for your moments in the Lounge.

Cristina Celestino Studio x Proposte 2026
Cristina Celestino Studio designs the common areas of Villa Erba, transforming them into welcoming places of inspiration for the exhibitors and visitors of Proposte 2026.
“For Proposte, I imagined spaces capable of restoring centrality to the experience of encounter, through a language that dialogues with the architectural identity of Villa Erba and the textile tradition.”
The sophisticated and eclectic taste of architect Cristina Celestino interprets the Heritage Forward theme through interior design solutions. Where fabric is the protagonist, the Studio’s project enhances it by integrating a selection of products from exhibitors Casalegno Tendaggi, Muvantex - Bekaert Depla, Pozzi Arturo, and Viganò.
Ala Regina & Lounge Esedra: these spaces are revitalized with an inspirational exhibition along the corridor that culminates in the lounge, overlooking the centuries-old gardens and designed for moments of relaxation and networking. The furnishings are carefully chosen by the designer in collaboration with partners: Saba, with the iconic Gala sofas, and Contardi Lighting, with the Claretta table lamp.
Cafés and Portals: the restyling of the refreshment points and pavilion entrances ensures a fluid, coherent, and high-profile visitor experience.
Architetto Cristina Celestino
Born in Pordenone and a graduate of IUAV in Venice, Cristina Celestino founded her studio in Milan in 2013. Her design approach is distinguished by an innate freedom of observation, both learned and curious, which passes through a great capacity for scientific and aesthetic investigation, resulting in the creation of unexpected spaces, objects, and experiences where nature speaks to us in unison. Active in the fields of interior, product design, and art direction, the Studio has received numerous international awards, including the title of Designer of the Year by Maison & Objet and inclusion in the AD100 Best Designers list.

From May 5th to 7th, the historical residence of Villa Erba will be the heart of conviviality for Proposte 2026.
In this exceptional neoclassical setting, visitors will enjoy an experience that goes beyond the exhibition, where professional networking merges with the pleasure of gastronomic discovery and world-class entertainment.
A lunch break dedicated to taste and elegance
The lunch experience is reimagined with a high-level buffet, curated to offer the best of "Made in Italy" through excellent raw materials and sophisticated flavors.
A different menu every day highlights seasonal and local food with international touches, while ensuring a variety that meets all dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free dishes.
Furthermore, thanks to the direct commitment of Proposte, the buffet is offered at a courtesy price of €30 per person—lower than last year—to enhance the pleasure of a break in the Villa.
A gala evening of rhythm and flavor
On May 5th, from 6.20 PM to 9.00 PM, Proposte invites all the attendees to the Darsena and the indoor spaces of the ancient Villa for an event where Italian conviviality meets world-class international entertainment.
The evening will feature a light dinner that plays with regional traditions and surprising pairings of sweet and savory. Guests are invited on a journey through various gourmet stations, culminating in a live show-cooking of mini-Sicilian cannoli.
The captivating sounds of Kenn Bailey, a prominent British saxophonist and performer on the European soul scene, will offer a powerful and elegant experience. Performing with his quintet, Bailey will masterfully blend Funk, Nu-Soul, and Jazz.
