Born in august 2025 from the merge of two companies famous in the textile world: Imatex 23 srl and Prosetex, brand of Marzotto group.
The new company, part of rino mastrotto group, is specialized in the production of jacquard fabrics and velvets. With its intricate designs, innovative textures and unique weaves satisfies the textile creativity and craftsmanship of all designers.
